About us

Who we are.

A community-powered network making opportunities visible, accessible and safe for women+, trans women, and non-binary people in tech.

Our purpose

Representation shouldn't be accidental.

Across the tech industry, women+ continue to miss out on opportunities - not because they lack skill or ambition, but because information is scattered, calls for speakers are easy to miss, and professional opportunities rarely exist in one central place. Too often, these opportunities circulate in closed networks, making it harder for women+ to access them in time.

This lack of visibility contributes to a wider problem: women+ remain underrepresented as speakers, organisers, mentors, and even attendees at industry events.

And visibility isn't the only barrier.

Many women+ feel unsure, unwelcome, or even unsafe participating in tech spaces - especially when they are one of the few, or the only, women+ in the room. In a male-dominated industry, attending events, applying to speak, or stepping into leadership roles can feel intimidating, even when they are fully capable and qualified.

Her+ Tech Hub was created to change this.

We're building a space where women+ feel invited, supported, and safe to participate - not as exceptions, but as essential voices in the tech ecosystem. A space where opportunities are centralised, accessible, and shared openly, so women+ can discover events, CFPs, panels, workshops, scholarships, and community-led opportunities before they close.

It should be supported, intentional, and community-powered.

Our mission

Make opportunities visible, accessible, and inclusive.

Our mission is to empower women+ in technology by making opportunities visible, accessible, and inclusive - while upholding safety, representation, and accessibility at every step.

Our values

Five values that guide everything we do.

Her+ Tech Hub is built on values that guide every interaction, feature, and partnership:

  • Inclusion - everyone deserves to belong
  • Accessibility - design that includes everyone
  • Integrity - honesty, fairness, and transparency
  • Representation - visibility matters
  • Community - we grow stronger together
